Session Length & Fees

Sessions are typically 45 minutes and scheduled on a weekly basis to support consistency and growth. Longer 90-minute sessions are available upon request, particularly for couples who prefer more time to explore and process together.​

 

  • $175 per 45-minute individual session

  • $295 per 90-minute couples session

 

I also reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots based on financial need. If cost is a concern, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to discuss availability and options with you.

 

Insurance & Reimbursement

I’m considered an out-of-network provider, but if you have a PPO insurance plan with out-of-network benefits, you are eligible for reimbursement for therapy services — which can significantly lower your out-of-pocket costs.

 

I’m happy to provide superbills for insurance submissions or submit claims on your behalf to make the process easier. I work with a service that helps streamline insurance billing — most clients with PPO plans find that, once their deductible is met, they only pay their copay.

 

If you’re unsure about your benefits, no problem! I can assist you in checking your coverage, or you can contact your insurance provider directly and ask:

  • Does my plan include mental health benefits?

  • Do I have an out-of-network deductible? If so, how much is it, and have I met it?

  • What percentage of each session fee will be reimbursed?

  • Do I need pre-authorization or a referral to start therapy?

Navigating insurance can feel overwhelming — I’m happy to walk you through it and make the process as simple as possible.

 

Payment

Payment is due at the time of each session.

I accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, or checks — whichever is most convenient for you.

 

Cancellation Policy

When we schedule a session, that time is reserved just for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice — or missed without notice — are subject to a $75 late cancellation/no-show fee.

 

That said, I completely understand that emergencies happen. I offer a one-time “free pass” for the first late cancellation or missed session, no questions asked.
