Welcome to Paxwell!
A calm space to explore, heal, and grow.

Life can feel overwhelming at times — whether you’re navigating anxiety, adjusting to major changes, or feeling stuck under the weight of expectations. Therapy at Paxwell offers a space to slow down, sort through what’s heavy, and build the skills and confidence to move forward with greater clarity and ease.

I love working with preteens, teens, college students, and young adults, offering compassionate, practical support tailored to your unique experiences and goals. Together, we’ll work at your pace — exploring challenges, strengthening resilience, and creating lasting change.

You don’t have to do this alone. When you’re ready, I’m here to meet you exactly where you are.

Sessions are available in person in Mission Viejo, CA, or online via secure video across California. I recommend in-person sessions for younger clients whenever possible to support connection and engagement.

My Approach

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand and shift the thought patterns that contribute to anxiety. I also incorporate other approaches—like mindfulness, attachment-based, and relational work—tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
