I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns. However, therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I integrate a variety of approaches —including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) — to best meet your individual needs, goals, and strengths.
