Have a question or ready to get started? Whether you’re exploring therapy for yourself, your teen, or just want to know if I’m the right fit — I’d love to hear from you.

What to Expect After Reaching Out

Once you reach out, I’ll do my best to get back to you within 24 hours via your preferred method of contact to answer any questions you might have.

If you haven't already, I can also help you schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. I highly recommend consultations because they give us a chance to get to know one another, talk through any questions, and see if we’re a good fit. It’s important to find a therapist you feel comfortable with — someone whose approach matches your needs and goals.
I also completely understand that sometimes texting or emailing feels more convenient. If you’d prefer to skip the consultation and have your questions answered by text or email, that’s absolutely okay too.

I’m here to support you and will do my best to make reaching out feel easy and welcoming.

Let’s connect and start this journey together!

When you're ready, feel free to get in touch, ask questions, or share what you’re looking for. I’ll follow up within 24 hours.

Don't know what to say?

Here's some ideas to get started:

• Who are you hoping to get support for (yourself, your child, etc.)?

• What’s bringing you to therapy now?

• Are you looking for a consultation, info about availability, or insurance questions?

• How do you prefer to be contacted (phone, text, email)?

Note:
This form is intended for general questions or messages only. While I do my best to respond within 24 hours, email communication may not always be secure or immediate.

If you prefer, feel free to call or text instead.

Please do not use this form in emergencies.
If you’re in crisis or need immediate support, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
